Events for the year 2017

UNDP-SwaDisha Project, SNDT WU has organized online skill aptitude test i.e., Wheebox Employability Skill Test (WEST) for our B.Ed. Students. As these program was held for 2 days, i.e., on 28^th & 29^th December, 2017.

Our B.Ed. students were registered them self on SWADISHA  portal and then applied for online test – WHEEBOX EMPLOYABILITY  SKILL TEST (WEST).

Aishabai College of Education organized Pidilite Fevicryl Workshop, which was held on 26th & 27th December, 2017.

Our B.Ed. college students celebrated Human Rights Day on 11th December, 2017.

On 1st November, 2017, Teacher Educators from Sweden gave visit to our College.

Interaction with student teachers about university programmes and online courses for professional development.

Student teachers shared the constructive teaching methodologies that they implement in school and were happy to know that today it is a globally followed methodology.

On 25th October, 2017, Capacity Building Workshop for the GUCCI Project was conducted by the AIWC Mumbai Branch on “Climate Change & Gender”.

Shri. Paritosh Joshi, Provocateur Advisory, Media & Communications
consultancy, gave a speech on Role of Media in Awareness about Climate Change and its effect on Gender.

Mrs. Sheela Kakde, President, AIWC-Mumbai Branch, introduced about All India Women’s Conference (AIWC) & Gender into Urban Climate Change Initiative (GUCCI) Project.

Dr. Vibhuti Patel, Chairperson and Professor, Advanced Centre for Women’s Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, gave a speech on Gender & Climate Change.

Dr. Harsha Merchant, Principal, Aishabai College of Education, discussed about Climate Change & Social Impact.

Mr. Nitin Singhade discussed about Cyber Ethics & Safety which was held on 14th October, 2017.

On 3rd October, 2017, our B.Ed. Students attended Vyasan Mukti Rally from Azad Maidan to Gateway of India. Its part of  NSS Activity.

On 15^th August, 2017 the college organized Independence Day celebration. The students performed activities such as group song, patriotic shayari and speech as well as patriotic movie clips were shown to the students.

On 22nd September, 2017, our B.Ed. College students gave Educational Visit to the Special School.

On 26th September, 2017, our B.Ed. students have organized lessons for the special children by preparing audio-visual aids for them.

On 5th September, 2017, the students of our B.Ed. College celebrated Teacher’s Day.

Ms. Sheetal Bidkar discussed about Substance Abuse & School Children which was held on 8th June, 2017.

Annual day function was celebrated in Aishabai B.Ed College of Education on 5th April,2017 in Aishabai college of Education . All the students of first and second year participated and celebrated cultural events to represent India by playing drama and also prize were distributed to the deserving candidates.

On 9^th March ,2017 the college organized Medical Check Up . The Check Up was conducted by Nursing Students of J.J. Hospital .

Also Lecture was conducted by Dr. Aparna Sankhe on Menstruation & Personal Hygiene and students were also given information on Anaemia & Breast Cancer by Dr. Nilima Sonawane, both of whom are Assistant Professors in J.J. Hospital Nursing College.

On 18^th & 19^th February the College organized an Educational visit to Takwe , Lonavla. The students performed Skit highlighting the importance of Education. The students also conducted Lesson for the Fazlani International School students.
